300 years after the nuclear catastrophe, a new order reigned in Eastern Europe. In the east of Poland, where cannibals, mutants and all sorts of degenerates roam, a demonic sect has come to power, and its high priest is obsessed with virgins and power over the world. The sinister Confederation has laid its hands on Podlachia and it seems that it will never let go of it. Fortunately for Białystok and humanity, three gunslingers come to the city and they want to end the new dark ages.
