Koala after coming into the world is the size of a bean. It finishes its development in the mother’s bag. For Koala, like a kangaroo or wombat, is a marsupial, not a bear, as some think. This animal has a small brain, fur that protects it against both cold and rain, and sharp claws. He sleeps a lot, he likes swimming. Eats poisonous eucalyptus leaves and barely drinks.

Dear children, would you like to get to know this amazing animal more closely? If so, we would like to cordially invite you to a lecture based on a film material straight from Australia. The Polish Dr Dolittle will share with you her passion and knowledge and will familiarize you with the fascinating world of marsupials that she took care of during the last voluntary service in Australia.

Małgorzata Zdziechowska
Polish journalist, for many years involved in protecting and helping wild animals. She visited 12 rehabilitation centre on 4 continents (in Australia, America, Asia and Africa), where she worked with over 75 species of mammals. Media proclaimed her the Polish Dr Dollitle.
