The Witches Choir consists of over 20 women that sing and perform, who, together with a band (drums, live electronics, harp), create music performances. The choir members themselves play the custom-made instruments.

The Witches Choir inaugurated its activity in August 2016 in Poznań, within the “Close Strangers” Festival at Poznań Polski Theatre. Then, they performed at The Stage Song Review in Wrocław. In the summer of 2017, they performed at the Jarocin Festival, at the Bonds Festival in Szczecin and at the Women’s Congress in Poznań. The year 2017 ended with a concert at the Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw, during the final of the Forum of the Future of Culture.

The Witches Choir raises the highest, sometimes extreme emotions, sings and plays punk, avant-garde but also lyrically and dramatically. They leave no one indifferent, they are a kind of catharsis for both the audience and performers on stage.
