We have the pleasure of inviting you to the new edition of the Starosielce exhibition! Last year, the exhibition was presented in the heart of the district, and now, enriched with the recordings of witnesses to history and photos from the LZC Media Library, is presented at the Ludwik Zamenhof Centre. The exhibition presents the history of the town and its inhabitants from the beginning of the settlement until the 1950s, when it ceases to be an independent town and becomes a part of Białystok.
Thanks to the recordings at the exhibition, we give voice to the old inhabitants of Starosielce who talk about the past of their town. There are sentimental childhood memories, dramatic tales from the war, as well as descriptions of the city itself and its inhabitants, with rolling railway plants in the background.
