Estonian musician, producer, composer and teacher. He graduated from the conservatory in Tallinn under the supervision of Prof. Hugo Lepnurm. He continued his education at the Music Academy in Lübeck in the class of Prof. Hans Gebhard. He has played over 1000 solo concerts in Europe and Asia. He performed, among others, at the Notre Dame in Paris, the Gdańsk–Oliwa cathedral and the Hall of the University of Tel Aviv. He composes choral, instrumental, organ and symphonic works that are performed all over the world.

Since 1981, Uibo is an organist at St. Nicholas Church – museum in Tallinn, for 25 years he has been teaching organ music at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater. He also worked for the National Concert Agency Eesti Kontsert and co–created many festivals of organ and classical music. He is invited to the jury at national and international festivals. He also managed the restoration work of many historical Estonian organs.

In 2006 he released the album “Apocalypsis Symphony”. Multiple winner of national artistic awards. He is honorary a citizen of Tallinn.
