Film education

It’s an educational project directed to schools at all levels of education It makes children and teenagers’ contact with cinematography possible (both classic and contemporary works), deepens their knowledge of cinema, develops their sensitivity and prepares for independent and conscious encounter with culture. New Horizons of Film Education project aims at acquainting young audience with cinema and complement their school education. It is highly appreciated by the audience: students and teachers, as it combines valuable content with the attractive form. The patrons of the project are: Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Minister of Education and the Polish Film Institute. It is supported by i. a. Andrzej Wajda, Krzysztof Zanussi, Jerzy Stuhr, Jan Jakub Kolski. We are pleased to announce the next edition of the project School Cinematheque. Subscription to the project for the 2014/2015 school year was open on 25 March 2014. Enrollment will last till the end of September, however, if you want to be on the list in the selected cycle, you should submit a form as soon as possible. The form is available on the website.
